dc.description.abstract | The study aimed to examine the impact of infrastructure development on the supply chain of liquefied natural gas (LNG) in India. The study used multiple regression analysis to analyse the data collected from secondary sources on LNG terminals, pipelines, storage facilities, import volumes, and prices from 2011 to 2021. The results showed that infrastructure development, including the number of LNG terminals, liquefaction and regasification capacity, pipeline length, and LNG storage capacity, had a significant positive impact on the supply chain of LNG in India. The findings also revealed that increased infrastructure development led to higher import volumes and more stable prices. The study concluded that infrastructure development is critical for the growth and sustainability of the LNG industry in India and recommended continued investment in infrastructure to meet the growing demand for LNG in the country. | en_US |
