dc.description.abstract The purpose of this research paper is to examine the impact of HR analytics and data-driven decisionmaking on HR practices and outcomes. As organizations continue to generate large amounts of data, HR analytics has emerged as a tool to extract insights and drive informed decision-making. However, the extent to which HR analytics can improve HR practices and outcomes remains a topic of debate. This paper explores the current state of HR analytics, its potential impact on HR practices and outcomes, and the challenges that organizations may face in implementing HR analytics. A mixed-methods approach is employed, involving both qualitative interviews with HR professionals and a quantitative survey of employees in organizations that use HR analytics. The findings suggest that HR analytics has the potential to improve HR practices and outcomes by enabling evidence-based decision-making, enhancing employee engagement, and improving talent management. However, organizations must overcome challenges related to data quality, privacy, and the need for skilled analysts. The paper concludes with recommendations for organizations seeking to implement HR analytics in their HR practices. en_US
