Abstract:
To successfully support a mindset of innovation in an organization, there must be strong leadership. As a
result, leaders play a very important part in the shift to Industry 4.0. In the setting of Industry 4.0, this
paper will talk about the most important traits and skills of a boss. Most of it was based on a study of the
literature on leadership and Industry 4.0. As a result of this work, 10 leadership traits for industry 4.0 have
been identified, along with how they relate to 4 groups of leadership skills: thinking skills, interpersonal
skills, business skills, and strategy skills. These skills might be needed for leaders in the shift to Industry
4.0, which the organizations might think about.
