dc.description.abstract The purpose of this research is to carry out an analytical analysis of the creative teaching of faculty members. The profession of teaching contributes to classroom management, teacher administration and academic performance. The primary role of a teacher is the maintenance of appropriate and positive student behavior a teacher's efficacy is related to both teacher motivation and meta-cognition as teachers focus on the plans and events that may create either a productive or nonproductive learning environment.
